Rocket.kaisaco.com Messenger - setup guide

Use the general setup guide below to set up your account and download the desktop version of Rocket.Chat. Scroll down for iOS and Android app setup guides.

1. Open https://rocket.kaisaco.com in your browser.
2. Click Login rocket.kaisaco.com.
3. If you don’t have a password yet, click “Forgot password?”, enter your email and request a password change.
4. Login using your email and password.
5. When logging in for the first time you will need to set up 2 Factor Authentication using the Google Authenticator app (available on the AppStore and Google Play ).
6. When logging in, you might encounter a grey window with dots that keep loading. Simply refresh the page when that happens (ctrl+r or F5).
7. When logged in, you will see a starting page with links to apps for different OSs (download the app you need according to the device and OS you are using).
8. Once logged in, the app may require you to enter our Server URL —> https://rocket.kaisaco.com.
9. Use the same login details to log into the app.

❗Do NOT use the browser version of Rocket.Chat.

iOS

1. Go to Rocket.Chat app on the AppStore , download and open it.
2. Refer to the general setup guide above when prompted to log in or enter the Server URL.

Android

1. Go to https://rocket.kaisaco.com/home and log in (if you aren’t already) or to https://rocket.kaisaco.com/apps/ and click on Install Android Mobile App.
2. Install the app on your device.
3. Refer to the general setup guide above when prompted to log in or enter the Server URL.

❗Do NOT download the Android app from Google Play or the official Rocket.Chat website! Otherwise, push notifications will not work.
